We provide our corporate athletes (Beginner-Advanced) with personalized training programs tailored to their needs to help them achieve their highest potential as a corporate teammate.  

We pick target races to compete in as a company team, and provide hands-on and online training programs throughout the year.

At the community level we provide company events, company retreats, and weekend clinics to athletes from the junior level to the athlete that just wants to learn more about endurance sports.

We incorporate exercise into our consulting services.

  • Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Physical activity causes the body to make chemicals that can help a person feel good, and SHAPES people in mental, physical, and emotional ways. It can also help people who have low self-esteem by giving them a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal.
  • When we exercise, blood pressure and blood flow increase everywhere in the body, including the brain. Exercise is what transforms every cell of our being. Millennials won't get their heads out of their phones and computers, which lowers their SOCIAL quality of life. Socialization is a quality that we are missing in this generation.
  • THE CONNECTION BETWEEN MUSCLE ACTIVITY AND BRAIN HEALTH- During exercise, our muscles produce a protein called PGC-1alpha. Recent research has shown this protein helps break down kynurenine, a substance in the bloodstream that accumulates as a result of stress.

• Develop your own physical structural routines that you can sustain, at least 4 per day (morning, noon, afternoon, night). Simplify your everyday life, decluttering it of all the physical, emotional, and psychological baggage that holds you back and keeps you stuck.
